On a beautiful sunny day a gondolier waits for his customers to ride in his gondola. You can hear them offering their services by saying "Gondola" to passersby. Most gondoliers wear the traditional straw bowler hat with streamers down the back and striped sweater. The banding on the hat can be in colors of red, dark blue or black.
