A green one, a golden one, a light brown one even a red one make a fine display and cause the eye to roam!
It makes me dream of cooler rainy days, the snap of dry underbrush once green and sappy,
Leaves supple and vibrant now brown and dry crunch beneath my feet on the way to becoming earthy compost for the next generation.
